Im nt sayin u shouldnt b sad or u shouldnt b emotional but im tryna say that people who cry their eyes out just need to remember that they're hurtin themselves even more ; How ? because wen u cry u lose blood very quickly nd lose water nd may need to go to the docs....

I mde this bcuz my best friend whos like my sis her aunt died :(
